Cornish Metals Inc. - SALE OF MACTUNG AND CANTUNG ROYALTIES

Cornish Metals announces that it has entered into a binding agreement with Elemental Altus Royalties for the sale of the royalty interests that the Company holds on the Mactung and Cantung tungsten projects located in Northern Canada for a total cash consideration of US$4.5 million.
